GUCCI GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS (AU)

1. PROMOTER
   The promoter is WHO IS ELIJAH PTY LTD (ABN: 4641759168) of 42 Bay Road, Taren Point, NSW, 2229 Australia, referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”.

3. The giveaway starts on [Tuesday, 22 July 2025] and ends at 11:59pm AEST on [Tuesday, 5 August 2025]. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
   
   

4. ELIGIBILITY
   Open to Australian, New Zealand, US & UK residents. Employees of WHO IS ELIJAH and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   
   

5. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter, customers must sign up to your data base via this link (https://whoiselijah.com.au/pages/gucci-giveaway) during the promotional period. All entries will receive a $30 AUD voucher to spend on orders over $100 AUD.
   
   

6. THE PRIZE
   The WINNER will receive a year’s supply of WHO IS ELIJAH FRAGRANCES (6 x 100ml fragrance bottles) and a Gucci Dionysus Mini Bag. The RUNNER UP will receive 3 x 100ml WHO IS ELIJAH fragrance bottles and 1 x Discovery Set 13 Vial. The 2nd RUNNER UP will receive 1 x Discovery Set 13 Vial. 
   
   

7. WINNER SELECTION
   The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 3 business days of the competition closing. WHO IS ELIJAH reserves the right to redraw if the winner does not respond within 5 business days.
   
   

8. GENERAL
    – WHO IS ELIJAH reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
    – If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.
